We notarize documents such as Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, ICBC forms, Insurance Proofs of Loss, Invitation letters (in English). We also certify copies of original documents.If you would like certified or notarized copies, please bring in the original document(s) and we will make the copies. Travelling with minor children? - It is strongly recommended that children travelling alone or with one parent carry a consent letter for each and every trip abroad. Here is a link to a Sample Consent Letter that you can prepare prior to coming in for an appointment. We will also place a red seal on all documents that will be used outside of British Columbia. For any kind of notarization, we suggest
that you contact us for an appointment by phone 604-526-7884 or email please contact us by email. to ensure that the Notary Public is available. When you come in to have a document
notarized, you will be asked to present two pieces of current identification,
one being a BC Drivers License or passport and a secondary piece such as a BC
Care Card.
If your document is being used outside of Canada, please bring in
your passport so we may prepare a Form 10 Notarial Certificate for you. Please use one of our two complimentary
parking spots (located right off of the sidewalk at the rear of the
